The growing compliance needs for increased security and privacy confirms that data protection has become a social responsibility in the modern enterprise,” said Eric Lessard, CEO of MSECB. “We are looking forward to our collaboration with CSA in sharing and increasing knowledge about the importance of security in cloud computing,” he added.
“STAR certification allows cloud service providers the opportunity to showcase the security regulations, standards, and frameworks they adhere to, allowing prospects and customers to make informed decisions about their cloud solutions,” said Jim Reavis, CSA co-founder and CEO. “As a leading provider of certification services, we welcome MSECB to the community and look forward to their contributions in building a more secure cloud ecosystem.”
